Design new business processes and develop a different leadership style.
A strong, autocratic director has been for years the leadership style in ministerial department. The staff were no longer used to take initiatives. A new director was faced with the challenge to introduce major organisation renewals in a short time: the organisation had to prepare to deliver new products. R.A.A.K. was asked to support leaders in the establishment of new business processes. R.A.A.K. used a leadership programme to keep a finger on the pulse and provide insight into the fundamentals of leadership and producing results: adequate delegation, have the right person for each position, allow everyone to speak freely so that fresh ideas surface and impediments are recognised in time. The new business processes were put into practice successfully.
