Open communication helps project participants and project leaders to push down the stress caused by hard deadlines
A new computer programme must be developed from scratch to support payment traffic. There are hard, weekly deadlines. Because of the stress which might result from these, the client requests that R.A.A.K. develop open communications within the project team, and inside the hierarchical culture of the bank. In this way the client hopes to contribute to the prevention of attrition in this knowledge- and experience-sensitive project. The project is completed within the ambitious deadlines, together with all team members. Reducing the impact of power struggles between project leadership and the executive board through open communication contributed to the success.
