Thinking from a systems perspective

An individual acts within a team. The team functions in an organisation. The organisation produces and delivers products and services within the context of an environment, a society. All systems interact: they are separate, yet together form a whole.

R.A.A.K. looks at organisations from the perspective of systems thinking and the interaction between the individual and the environment. The interaction is comparable to a tennis player who starts to play differently, compelling the other player to play differently as well. Similarly, teams within an organisation influence each other are connected as a system.
